Only thing good about TCS is brand name TCS. But brand name doesn't full fill employee ambition and salary.

TCS provides very very less salary than other company. Also one can see partially everywhere in TCS. If one has good hold in higher management that person will easily get everything. As everyone know TCS is government organization, only higher manager gets cream. Lower level employee only have to suffer and works as slave. TCS only know for it's brand value under name of Ratan tata and media handling. Only TCS working employee can tell the real life problem and struggle. TCS Interactive department - This one is very dangerous trap in the TCS pune. Once you join it you have to work as slave. No work life balance. Noone will hear your voice. They will only decide which project you have to work. You can't say no to their project. They neither give onsite opportunity or release from project. 1.) If you are on Bench and there is no relevant project available with TCS to match your current skill set then RMG will ask you to learn new skill set and give interview to client for new project. So learning a new skill set after 15 years of exp is quite time consuming and even if you learnt then with 15 years of experience whereclient is paying huge on behalf of you to TCS so you should be pro in domain which is quite difficult. In Case If you will be on Bench for a year TCS will give you D grade by default and your overall CTC will be reduced by flat 25% that is biggest drawback of TCS. 2.) You will only get 30% of your variable pay mentioned in CTC. 3.) There is no loyal commitments from managers here. They will only give lollipop (like increase in salary or onsite) till the time project is dependent on you. 4.)
