Well TCS might be India's one of the largest IT companies however they don't even bother to pay well to their employees. The work culture is really poor. No increment or promotion. I've been waiting to get released from the current project since a year & everytime I ask for an update, all I get to hear is, "we are looking forward toit". Absolutely pathetic!
