Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Dislikes

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

I was so shocked how big names could disaapoint me so much. Literally I used to feel so worst that i used to cry in office bathroom it's the worst experience I got. Due to mass hiring you will find less skilled people around you. Feels like Freshers training is not up to mark. Other service based companies provides good training to freshers so that It makes them ready to work resources but here I worked with many freshers and feels like they are not trained well so not able to perform well in job.

Job Security and number of projects even if you are on the bench they will not fire you. And you will get a project very fast because they have lots of projects.

There is nothing to like. If you like comfortable life then join tcs and do not expect anything else.

Nothing new to learn new. Most of the projects are support very few development projects. If you are lucky then you get chance to work in development projects. My suggestion if you are new in professional career never join TCS. Learning graph is linear salary hike and promotion is almost negligible

There Project Relase process ,If somehow you tagged in a project which don't matches with your skills set ..Then you can't change it..This is specially for freshers.

Very Poor Salary with 1 percent hike annually. Have to go to office everyday. Offices are very bad with poor hygiene, even drinking water is not filtered. Toilets are dirty and don't work. Culture is worst with extremely bad politics and leg pulling.
