Good work work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, yearly compensation is 7% for A band holders which not even beats the inflation rate of the country. They also charge for transportation. No health insurance for dependent members of family, charges extra.

The job is quite good! I asked RMG to deploy me to the technology in which I am interested but they listened.

I have joined as third party associate 8 months back and now in this covid-19 situation they decided to discontinue all third party and in my project without giving me any notice period released me. I have worked 12-14 hrs daily and even sat-sun, but no value to employees and didn't try to keep in the project even there is requirement. Only internal switch of employees is done.
