First is TCS has best learning platform like Udemy, safari books, linkdin, fresco play where it helps everyone to learn and grow their career. worklifebalance, culture, opportunities. you get on-site if you are lucky and u have good skills.

Dislikes

I do not have any dislike except the compensation as it is very big organization it would be difficult to satisfy all.

Work Details

I worked for top insurance companies in US and I had got good opportunities to learn as well as grow in my career. I went to US and stayed there for 3yrs which was great experience. I enjoyed working in TCS and I made lot of friends.

First of all, its job security, you will be like your own boss. Secondly, work life balance is too good even if tight deadlines. No micro management even no one gonna ask you for such small thing like away for 1 or 2 hours etc.
