TCS is good but the management is worst I have ever seen even the HR is not supportive at any way. They tag forcefully to the project and threaten to everyone if you are not joining so and so project we will terminate you and spoil your ratings. Currently some projects are just started and trainings are going on but HR and management is forced to do overtime on Saturday and Sunday if we say to to do overtime because of our personal pre planned schedules but they threaten us to do otherwise they do worst with us they forces us to not take leave for personal purposes or even don’t allow us to take sick leave they strictly force us to submit medical documents on the first days .
