I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I'm working at this Company, and there are no fixed working hours. Sometimes I have to work from 10 to 12 hours, and occasionally even 14 to 15 hours. Additionally, weekly offs are not fixed either. We can't take off whenever we want, and there's no guarantee that we'll get a week off every 6 or 10 days."
