Management is very poor. They’ve literally hired Chhapris as managers. HRs are upper management’s puppets. Company crowd is so low standard and work culture is even worse. Company’s interior looks like a call centre. Feels like you’re working in a shady basement. One of the worst companies to work in Gurgaon.

Like the old prestige of the company. But nowadays company performing very immaturely and poor decisions in every area.

They did not changed them with time from last so many years. That's why they having a big lag in every field as compare to other same level of companies in the market. But now since last 1 or 2 years they are continuously taking big moves in company and very frequently doing Hire-n-Fire within the company from top level positions tolower level positions. Currently every employee in this company is in very pressure and stressed. Only few old employees are happy to work here because they are managers now. My experience for this company is in single line i.e. Suffocated culture/Dirty politics/ No any work life balance/ Narrow-mindedness/ Misleading behavior's/ Zero leadership quality in managers/ Be buttering to your bosses/ Always use salutation (Sir/Mam), otherwise you will get backbiter punishment by bossed.
