Working here has been rewarding experience, with plenty of opportunity to grow professionally. The team dynamics are great, and I've learned so much collaborating with small teams to meet tight deadlines. I've also had the chance to work with higher managers, which has helped me better understand the clients needs.

Great company to start your career! You gain real consulting experience right from day one, which is not common in many places. The managers are highly supportive, and the learning curve is steep but rewarding. It's a great places for freshers to build their career.

All the positive reviews you see are either requested or from people working there. The place is very very toxic and abusive. They will hamper your mental peace to an extent where u get depressed or worse used to the environment. A partner in the firm is the most hot headed and ill behaved person you will ever find. He threatens andhurls abusive language to female employees. I have heard him say things like I'll hang u upside down, I'll slap you to female employees. Articles and employees crying is a every day common site. In upper management everyone blames each other. They conveniently throw u under the bus. No idea how this place is still keeping afloat but please don't get fooled by the reviews. I also went there believing these reviews. But it's all a sham. Don't be fooled by the initial warm welcome and good behaviour u receive from the head. It's all a trap.
