I talk with my team member that how to improve our call quality with how to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

After the daily activity , l have taken 20 calls on a daily basis which is l never like.

That was one type good company. Because the company was working for needy children. That was the best thing tatwa (UNICEF process )

Dislikes

The work pressure was high. ND we were not getting the salary on time. Managers behavior was not good. That was the worst part of our job. Etc etc

Work Details

I was working in the UNICEF process. We were working for needy children. We were providing SNCU with free check up, Who are under 5 years old. It was inbound calling. We were calling the people for the small contribution.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
