No Proper Projects, No Proper Increment and Appreciations. They hire you without proper project and start putting in every other project for next 1 year, in 1 year you will end up in 4 to 5 project with different domain and get frustrated to leave the company.

So much politics in this company. In project people like only local guys who can speak in their local language like if you are working in Pune the prefer Marathi speaking people. Can't expect you can get work in which you did your graduation/ you have expertise. your work will be like which can be done by any people not necessarily mechanical graduate etc. Apprisal will not be given every year.

Same grade or designation employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience

Nothing at all. In my 8 months experience, i only saw favouritism and politics. The managers don’t care about employees. One of the senior manager from Pune office who is treated as king in company always shout in bad language. Not an employee friendly company at all.

1. Appraisal cycle is not exactly after 12 months 2. Company performance and individual performance pay never receive 100 %, so whatever CTC offered you, never get it completely, even your performance is better and company does not.

Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Dislikes

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.
