If you are someone who has a secondary passion working at Tata Power will give you enough time for it.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Here a person will become jack of all trades master of none as tata power won't help to specialise in any one field because of frequent transfers and change of technology. Hence, very low chances for individual growth here

Work life balance is very good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
