Management is confused on the way forward. There are too many trial and errors. Layoffs are very common and one could get sacked within 6 months of getting hired. The coordination between business and central team needs strengthening.

The only thing good at nexarc is the hybrid system and office location

Management is poor, No appraisal/pramotion, no solving the vendors issue on time, payment issue for third party pay roll, no designation is specified totally rendom, they fire the employees without any hesitation.
