It's a great learning environment in this company. Your superior is taking care of your enthusiastic approach to learning & adept the experience in the real field. From time to time you also take part in activities in the field and office to grow as yourself. The working environment is quite satisfactory with the superiors and team mates during my tenure.

The job scope is regularly changing on span less interval of time, Very quickly new things are coming & you have to adept the same very quickly to survive.

Poor company culture Close to no appraisals. Extremely poor and useless HR. No employee first, Tatas are known to be employee first but not this one. Managers exploit employees and no grievance mechanism. No one to hear voice of simple employee. HR don’t work on it and ignore such situations. No transparency. No clear sense of direction of senior leaders. Poor company leadership

One of the worst management i have seen in my 8+ carrier i suggest Mr Ratan Tata to shutdown this project because the CEO and the management have down size the manpower more than 3 time due to lose....i think...i can get you better success on this Tata Nexarc project better than ur CEO

The only thing good at nexarc is the hybrid system and office location

Management is poor, No appraisal/pramotion, no solving the vendors issue on time, payment issue for third party pay roll, no designation is specified totally rendom, they fire the employees without any hesitation.
