Other benifits are less like bonus or incentives. I don't have much work satisfaction . I would say it entirely depends on the project we work. The current project which I work doesn' have much learning scope.

Work culture is very good and flexible. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow your career. Performance rating and subsequent hikes are quite fair. Amazed with how supportive colleagues and superiors are.

Lack of overtime pay. Maintaining work life balance has been tough especially with the pandemic and no fixed work hours.

Work life balance and TATA brand name in market. Present Tata Elxsi MD is aggresive in taking up the things and doing his best towards betterment of the company.

NO CHANGE IN PROJECT, especially PUNE Centre is WORST in this parameter. NO learning and career growth due to working in the same project for many years. Even after several request, Management ignore your voices and you are forced to worked on the same project. It is disturbing that deserving employees get multiple opportunities to work on different projects within the company, but the released request from the existing project is not getting approved. Tata Elxsi Pune centre don't seriously take their commitments and fail to keep a promise. Pune Management don't take effort to find the replacement and hence an employee who is willing to work on different project, don't get a chance to switch over the project and has to suffer a lot with their own career growth. I have resigned Tata Elxsi due to this concern. Request Tata Elxsi CEO & MD / Higher Management to see this concern and wish if they could action appropriately and look after Pune centre employees, so they will also find career growth and glad to continue to work in the company. Tata Elxsi management has to see the statistics data and whoever worked on the same project for many years, the company should ensure to switch the project if an employee is willing to work on different areas, else those employees will become redundant and the company may suffer from "Parasite Business Model"....Read More
