Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year. A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.

It's been more than a year and half working at TATA Elxsi's Calicut location and it's been an experience which cannot be forgotten. The work life balance which the company provides and the opportunities to take on task and learn new skills within a shortest time and with the greatest support which the leadership team provides enhances our performance and as well re skill and adapt to the corporate life and it's tedious work with ease. The opportunities which the center provides is truly tremendous compared to its other counterpart as its a developing center and we could experience all the challenges and take it on at a earlier phase in our career which could help us in modulating our leadership skills at a beginning phase itself.. And not to forget the people that work together with me , and the welcoming nature which each individual radiates is truly heartwarming. It is like being a part of a bigger family where there are several individual and everyone are connected to one another. And,in regard to salary and benefit ,it's a part of a TATA group of companies which provides with the greatest job security in the market and the hikes are good and satisfactory if the individual is a skilled personal and stands apart from the pool of resources....Read More

There are nothing to dislike as of now..But there are a few construction going on in the NH which are having a few traffic issues and blocks while coming to office as its really near to the highway

I had an excellent experience with Tata Elxsi, Calicut. From the start to now, everything was smooth and professional. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It's clear that Tata Elxsi values both its customers and employees, fostering a positive environment all around. Here in Calicut, we have an excellent work life balance and do have hybrid work policy. We have flexible work hours and even managers are supportive, both technically and ethically. Thr learning opportunities and activities are abundant. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. The Kozhikode center has very clear management structure and focus on employee development through mentorship and special project based training programs apart from routine trainings.
