Salary is very less. HR team will try convince you a lot before you join. But once you join, they will forget that you exist. They wont even clear basic salary related doubts. No clarification on investment declaration. Officially its 5 days work, but every weekend you have to work because leadership team continuously changes the requirements.

At the helm of this sinking ship is the head of data engineering, who seemingly prefers to isolate himself from the rest of the team. Despitesitting mere feet away, he opts to engage in conversation only with his two favorite individuals. One of them is notorious for their venomous tongue, poisoning any interaction with their toxic remarks, while the other demonstrates venomous behavior, creating a hostile environment for everyone else. This selective approach to communication fosters an atmosphere of exclusion and divisiveness. Adding insult to injury, a clone of the head of data engineering emerges from TCS to wield power over the team. This individual assumes the role of decision-maker, usurping the autonomy of the team members and leaving them utterly frustrated. Their presence further perpetuates a culture of top-down control, stifling creativity and hindering the team's potential for growth. In this deeply flawed system, true appreciation for one's work is an elusive concept. The only individuals who receive recognition are those who work directly under the head of data engineering. Meanwhile, the efforts of hardworking team members, who may possess the expertise and dedication to make a real impact, are conveniently overlooked. This lack of acknowledgment not only demoralizes the team but also undermines the very essence of meritocracy. To make matters worse, a human resources representative enters the picture, but instead of being an advocate for employee well-being, they actively engage in deceptive practices. This HR personnel resorts to posting fake reviews on social networks such as Amition box, aiming to suppress the genuine feelings and experiences of employees. Such actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for honesty, transparency, and the emotional well-being of the team. In short, the culture within this Data team is nothing short of a nightmare. The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue.
