You are easily balance your work life and personal easily.. Saturday and Sunday are default leaves.

Dislikes

This is not the place if you're a fresher who wants to learn technical skills.. Promotions are pretty hard and will be based on management.

i find there is dip in career growth,suitable for freshers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
