Job security here good. If you do your work properly they won't ask more questions and no need to fear. Work culture is average or poor. Because there is no seperate time. I am from Network operations, if need fun on my work i have to work more. Because during fun I am getting lost my produtivity. At last they won't give any effort for team participationt. Management only give based on senior person, because here / Telecom fully based on experience. So if you have more stuff you can go also if you are aged one. They won't provide insurance for parents. Have to pay. More over they lock 10% for PLI we can't get full amount....Read More
