Don't Expect promotions and appraisal. If you are good a** licker then you will get the promotions & appraisal.
When appraisal came then manager & other senior managers started crying, your's Quality is not good, please maintain ODC time bla bla bla etc etc etc.
TCTS having Worst Cafeteria & seen in my life. You have to purchase your own cup to drink tea & coffee. After that Wash it yourself.
