Nothing to like there actually, The manager will play game with you life and they will ruin your whole career for there mere financial benefit They will commit you for full time opportunity but at the end of you internship they will ask you to join from the third party company and they will decrease your package, and the manager who will give you the offer for the third party company he/she can make some mere amount of money , but for this mere amount of money they will just running out career. They are not thinking about our family and mental health just for there mere amount of money....Read More

The work environment is becoming increasingly toxic, primarily due to micromanagement and a lack of direction. Our manager frequently assigns irrelevant tasks that hold no value or utility. For instance, we often spend weeks preparing documents, only to find out later that they are unnecessary. This reflects poor planning and prioritization. The team is stuck in endless discussions ("bol bacchan"), but when it comes to execution, there is a complete lack of follow-through. Communication within the team is poor, which is surprising considering the manager has over 20 years of experience. One would expect clear communication and well-structured thought processes from someone with such tenure, but that’s far from reality. Additionally, the manager’s egoistic and political behavior is unprofessional and demoralizing. He often speaks without considering the appropriateness of his words and seems unaware of basic professional conduct. Furthermore, he discourages team members from participating in broader organizational activities or interacting with other teams, creating an isolated and stifling work culture. It feels like his primary goal is to make our workdays unnecessarily difficult. Despite being a tenured employee, his behavior raises questions about how management tolerates or overlooks such conduct. While I’m tempted to raise these concerns with the second-level manager, I fear potential repercussions, including jeopardizing my job. For now, I’m hoping the upcoming 360-degree feedback survey will provide an opportunity to highlight these issues constructively....Read More
