My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. Most of all timing issue and senior behavior are very worst and also politics games run internal team to upper level. Senior are not thinking juniors hard-working and valuables team. Specially vidharbha team working with juniors this activity very bad environment.

Management is full of politics, not supportive if you need any kind of help. No proper working hours as mentioned in offer letter. It may exceed after 6:30 p.m. Sat and sunday there is too much pressure to go on F2F meetings. Promotions are tough beacuse targets are very high .
