Taskus was better till April 2022 then they hired people from teleperformance which turned Taskus into Teleperformance with their dirty mentality

Dislikes

You won't get promoted until you hang on your senior's teh-steez . It doesn't matter how skillful and capable you are. On the other hand if you are a female then you can become Operation Manager in two years as their current Doordash's operation manager. Female promotions are way better than males.

Well the building that we work in is definitely a pinnacle of its own. I've worked in number of companies but the infrastructure is definitely a site to see. Rest of the things fall in line automatically if you are good at what you do it all becomes easy

The site where i am working in , it has been 2 years since it started a long way to go but we are to a very good start here.

This company have only show off in everything.They don't care about their employees even on Indian great festivals.They said things were not correct due to which they didn't send the frstive gifts to the employees. But this is completely unacceptable.

Just the immediate supervisors who were team mates before as they are aware about the challenges of what team mates for through

The management who didn't explain "why" for any thing be it why the incentives are not released for the whole quater or why the appraisal is not provided as per the nomes. No body takes care of the employees here they have different rules for different employees some get the money some don't even if you are one of the best performer and got the certificates but they don't care and no body takes the responsibility of their mistake and blames the employee for everything bad and do not give credit for everything good.
