The Brand Name & The Job Security

Less salary compared to your skills and qualifications. There is no work life balance. Proper benefits are not being discussed with the employees by the HR. When you ask for your benefits, you have to actually beg for it, you feel shamless and pathetic about yourself. Unnecessary politics, i will not say-politics doesn't exist, but here it is like the culture and that's why lot of time is wasted due to which work, life balance is disturbed. They talk about "Mutual Respect"- trust me they really need to read about it in detail. Management is more interested, what's going on in your personal life, accordingly you are being judged. Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

There is no work life balance, you work for 13-14hrs straight and they don’t even bother. They only claim everything about employees and about their betterment in files only or in paper but not in real life so it’s a scam.
