Taj banjara is the oldest hotel in Hyderabad so it's not high-class hotel. Its more authentic and cultural hotel. Work life balance is not great afterall its hotel industry where seasonal sales happen. But for learning purpose it's a great place to learn and apply your skill.

Staffs are not friendly Work life balance is poor Salary is even more bad

The training environment is very good . and one of the best hotel in terms of learning the things and all. All the associates, supervisor s and managers are extremely good with the trainee's. I had my best 6 months over there. And I would like to thanks Taj Bengal for giving me the opportunity to work with them .
