Tata is obviously employee friendly company which treats its employees equally and give amazing perks working here. I did my Industrial training for 4 months at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai where I worked in all the four departments. The employees from all the departments treated me so well with sharing a lot of knowledge even in the rush situations. There are also many growth opportunities like HDP and HOT programmes.
