I have learnt many things on the job. Training I achieved are Fire Fighting course from Govt of Goa. Blue Sky International ( anti terrorism) agent course conducted by Israil team.

It was nice experience always to work with Tata brand, Work environment was good, obviously politics is everywhere and it depends on your relation with everybody, I have learned good skills, natural disasters is the main threat, apart from your responsibility you have to take another department responsibility also like front office and other as needed, what is Hospitality you will learn here, if you are not friendly and easily adaptable this is not your place. Own paper policy which effect employee freedom, Nothing good for entertainment, No peace of mind in work environment, Very costly, more expensive than Maldives, may face 2 faced people, no urban life at all, harf to adjust for city people, it's good for a week or a month max.
