Actually there is no vision of company. No culture set yet. Company is like startup post Brookfield acquired it. Finance CFO is running hotel business. This situation can explain how culture would be. Job security is zero. Though i am working for few years but job is not safe at our senior level. Attrition is really high. Around 76%

I regret to say that my experience at the Leela Ambience Gurugram has been highly disappointing. The work environment is toxic, discriminatory, and plagued by favoritism. These issues have significantly hindered personal and professional growth opportunities within the organization. The discriminatory behavior at the Leela Gurugram which favors individuals solely based on their perceived beauty, is deeply troubling. Employees who conform to a narrow standard of attractiveness are given preferential treatment, including better assignments, promotions, and increased recognition. Nothing, I came here with so much hope but my all hopes were crushed, there are managers who abuse if you do a small mistake and you won't get PL very easily, long shift hours, toxic work culture, HR never helps you in any situation.
