I regret to say that my experience at the Leela Ambience Gurugram has been highly disappointing. The work environment is toxic, discriminatory, and plagued by favoritism. These issues have significantly hindered personal and professional growth opportunities within the organization. The discriminatory behavior at the Leela Gurugram which favors individuals solely based on their perceived beauty, is deeply troubling. Employees who conform to a narrow standard of attractiveness are given preferential treatment, including better assignments, promotions, and increased recognition. Excellent work environment and culture. Remuneration is more than the market average.

Appraisals are a joke, they are negligible. HR is not that supportive, they only site with Senior Management. No work life balance. Career growth is also slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
