I like greeting way to meet with the guest and culture or work have to be do with the coordination and understand the problem of staff

According to the my opinion Leela group of hotel ..., Work with the seriously and help with the every guest or staff and treat like family members. And there is not a any bad habbit and not a dislike moment I wasn't to be seen anytime.

Dislikes

The company, in terms of personal growth of the employees has a room for improvement. In terms of career growth it's a bit slow. The working hours are a bit long, though the industry, being a service one, demands that's attention. Overall, the company is doing great but requires petty changes here and there.

I work as an associate in the food and beverage department. I have a good scope of learning there as I'm a part of a speciality restaurant and as a beginner, with an experience of 9 months, I'm enjoying my work.
