Really satisfied.

I am really satisfied with systematix as I have worked in other companies too which are Mnc's but here seniors help you to develop your skills , and give you tasks in real project so you can grow. One thing I am not satisfied or is confused with is seniors sometimes try to show that they are "seniors" in an awkward way but first all should behave like employees I think in an institution.

Likes

I am working at systematix from last 6 years and I like all my teammates and seniors. All are cooperative. Systemstix is not only IT company it's like a family for me.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow as I am working from home after marriage.

Work Details

At systematix, my responsibilities are: project requirement analysis, creating project documents, client communication, managing project portals, development and coding as and when needed.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
