Job Description

1. Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads in the IT sector. Generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Maintain and update the lead generation database. Identify the potential clients/industries to pitch the product. 2. Pitching: Deliver effective sales pitches tailored to the prospects pain-points. Articulate the value proposition of our IT product clearly and persuasively. Handle objections and negotiate as necessary. 3. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Provide feedback from potential clients to improve service offerings. Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. 4. Networking and Emailing Skills: Should have strong presence over social networking platforms as LinkedIn & Twitter. Should be well-versed while writing diligent and precise emails to clients and stakeholders. Synchronizing verbal and non-verbal communication within the team as well as clients.
Skills
1. Leads Generated: Measuring the number of new leads generated through cold
calling/E-mailing and other methods.
2. Conversion Rate: Calculating the percentage of leads converted into qualified
prospects or actual sales opportunities.
3. Appointment Setting: Number of appointments or meetings scheduled with potential
clients as a result of cold E-mailing/Calling efforts.
4. Email Quality: Assessing the effectiveness and professionalism of Emails based on
feedback.
5. Revenue Generated: Monitoring the revenue attributed to leads generated by the
executive.

6. Client Acquisition Costs: Evaluating the cost involved in acquiring new clients through
these lead generation efforts.
7. Lead Response Time: Measuring the time taken to follow up on leads after initial
contact.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Gauging the satisfaction level of clients interacted with,
possibly through surveys or feedback mechanisms.
