Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive customer acquisition and contribute to business growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our target market, and a proactive approach to generating high-quality leads that align with the studio s strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and target potential leads across multiple platforms including social media, websites, events, email campaigns, and industry directories.
  • Prospect Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social media to build relationships, pitch services, and set up meetings.
  • Client Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure they are a good fit for the studio s services.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and business goals.
  • Nurturing Leads: Manage a lead pipeline, develop nurturing campaigns, and engage potential clients with informative content and offers.
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses by structuring business and design solutions.
Must Have Skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development or sales within the B2B domain.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in cold calling and personalized outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS -Office and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in running email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Energetic and results-driven, with a passion for lead generation.
