Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including email, social media, and networking events.
  • Research Analysis: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential leads. Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in creating and executing lead generation campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information. Track and report on lead status and interactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on lead generation activities and campaign effectiveness. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communication: Engage with leads through various channels, providing information and addressing any inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation or a related field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools. Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage and persuade potential leads.
  • Analytical Ability: Analytical skills to evaluate lead generation performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on a target basis and adhere to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards.
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
