2+ years of experience in communication design, preferably within the design, technology or marketing industry | Bangalore

Bachelor s degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

We are looking for a talented and creative Brand & Communication Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in creating visually compelling visuals for various platforms, including social media, podcasts, and other marketing campaigns. This role requires close internal collaboration & ideation to communicate the brand values, goals & objectives using creative form.

• Design engaging communication strategies for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Ideate and execute strong visual communication forms like (but not limited to) posters, carousels, e-books etc.
• Maintain and develop cohesive visual branding across social media, website and marketing collateral.
• Prepare visually appealing presentations to support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
• Evolve brand language and direction based on studio goals, platform, trends etc.

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual communication skills. (and / or Motion)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory and motion design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tracks and deadlines.
• Knowledge in design requirements for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
