Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Sales) with 2+ years of experience in a services or design-driven environment to support our sales team in identifying business opportunities and crafting tailored solutions. The role involves conducting market research, preparing compelling proposals, analyzing client requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a keen understanding of pre-sales processes, business analysis, and design-driven solutions (optional). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and a basic grasp of UX/UI or digital transformation is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and design teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
Assist in crafting compelling presentations, proposals, and case studies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, pricing, and deliverables.
Support RFP/RFQ responses by structuring business and design solutions.
Analyze client feedback and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Generate reports on lead generation performance and present findings to the team.
Manage lead list and lifecycle effectively.
Track and analyze campaign results to measure performance and make data-driven adjustments.
