The work culture in synchrony is truly commendable. An employee working here will never feel pressurised. There is value to the work we do and it is also recognized.

Dislikes

The only thing that i would like to mention here is about the compensation. I joined as a fresher..so it's pretty much evident that the pay will not be that high. But I'm happy with whatever i've got.

Work Details

My role is to audit the service that is been provided to customers. And make sure that all the compliance are met.
