The folks at Synchrony are good, they do try to help.

Internal relationships help here a lot sadly like others, thought this was better. Few managers are just like speaking to a wall, no understanding of how a human works, my manager told me who do you think you are? Do you think the company is your ancestors that you can call in sick lol sadly when you have a sick leave balance and are actually sick you got to hear this.

Work life and managers are heartless on floor. We do not have something which can satisfy for ourself being in this job. Earlier days, everything went well. However, Later days it been it’s a burden day by day working here

I hate everything about the company There's no work life balance the work is very hectic,there's no recognition for whatever you do, people will only get recognised if they are their managers favourite and the managers are very biased and not understanding at all, everyone there are double faced, few managers are very toxic, the management insults you on your face they pass personal comments if you do any mistake...Read More

Sanu Francis, is not a good manager at all even though so much of hardwork given ,he still removed people who were giving their best and kept the people who don't have proper performance ,due to such people the company gets a bad name, otherwise overall everything good , I always wanted to work but then this person just deceived many at the end
