The Support portfolios like Analytics, WFP, Sourcing, etc. are a good place for growth and development but when it comes to Operations there is a lot of back biting and buttering that is needed for growth and development and integrity in the Operations field here is just a word and in books but not in practice.

Dislikes

Salary is not worth and there is no proper explanation given by the HR other than the common one given "based on the market value and research". Also when employees (non exempts) try to reach out to the HR for assistance it is more of in favor of the powerful people in the organisation though they tell people during the NHO that there are groups like HR and Ombuds that keep investigation private and ensure people, irrespective of their position in the organisation, will be under surveillance and investigation. This happens in the Operations field....Read More

Generally speaking, since I have been a part of both Operations and Support, Operations is not worth it but other portfolios such as Analytics, WFP, sourcing, etc. are a good place to be.

This organization has amazing leadership and employee friendly management. Provides ample opportunity to learn and develop oneself. The affinity networks are highly involved in society initiatives. High octane work environment with employee centric policies and flexibility.
