Indian management, they started micromanaging everything, poking for each and every task even when you are performing correct, you have to respond clients and then respond management about what happened and then update query tracker what queries were raised. After updating every tracker they will ask why it is taking soo much time. Salary hike is equal to inflation rate, means there is no hike here in the salary, even with the promotion, it is less than the normal salary hike from other companies, not a company to work long.
