Sutherland Global services is an MNC for name, all the TL'S & Managers are good and support,but where as coming to the growth ,appraisal & salary it is completely vary to otherMNC Organisation,basic level pay and market standards are not followed regarding employee pay ,most of the people will leave the organisation due to this reason

Coming to growth appraisal and salary it is very poor and not considering market standards and even no comparison with other MNC 'thiis the main reason that employees leaving this organisation.
