I will always be thankful to Sutherland for giving me an opportunity to work. I had great colleagues to work with. But the internal politics is way too bad, until and unless you are friends with someone in a good position you won't get to see any growth. Even after meeting my KRAs every year, I did not get promoted and the excuse given each year was that there was no budget. So to start a career Sutherland is the best but after completing a year or so please move out if you want growth and appreciation for your work....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
