Directors are very corrupted, narrow minded being partial to their best buddies. Senior management (VP's and above) is not flexible to the employees. NO RECOGNISE for the associates hard work .. Internal employees are not been paid well. NO MARKET CORRECTION IS DONE. I Left SGS with 15 yrs of experience, now not been respected when i consider for my rejoin.
