Likes

One of the worse experience in my life, regret my decision. I will never suggest any one. If you are joining then make sure there will be no growth for atleast 3 years, hike will be around 2-3 %, not more than this. Will become a donkey if you join. No technically sound, they don't want new technology even if people outside have trust.

Dislikes

There is no pros, only cons.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
