The survey of India department is one of the oldest department of Govt of India. It has rich culture and heritage which makes it a good place to work and learn. Except the remuneration which restricted due to Govt pay structure all other things are okay.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Growth of the department has been not upto the mark and ther lack of efficient and positive minded people affecting its work culture and environment.
