Almost everything. In my 2.5 years of work experience there, I have seen over 9 employees leaving the job at bad note, mostly on health concern front and many due to management issues and work pressure. The work culture is hectic, there's no wfh option, colleagues are like competitors in the rat race. Management acts like your 24*7 boss. Have to work on weekends and on leaves but if you are late then leaves or salary is deducted. No job security unless you are good at acting favourite, no good projects, no learning only labour work. For some it can be challenging and overwhelming and for some it will be a great learning ground. The work environment is friendly as well.
