Not much but few are impressive like 1. Parent company TotalEnergies has better feedback process, but actions usually not implemented by local management. 2. Products are too good compared to competitors.

1. No transparency on HR and employment policies. 2. No flexible working hours 3. Work-life balance not possible 4. Poor leadership team 5. Too much cost savings 6. Increased Responsibilities (almost double) but 0% percent salary hike. 7. Annual review and salary increment are independent. fixed hike decided by corporate. No matter how much effort you put compared to others everyone get same. 8. No recognition and rewards even if your performance is outstanding. 9.
