I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not much but few are impressive like 1. Parent company TotalEnergies has better feedback process, but actions usually not implemented by local management. 2. Products are too good compared to competitors.

1. No transparency on HR and employment policies. 2. No flexible working hours 3. Work-life balance not possible 4. Poor leadership team 5. Too much cost savings 6. Increased Responsibilities (almost double) but 0% percent salary hike. 7. Annual review and salary increment are independent. fixed hike decided by corporate. No matter how much effort you put compared to others everyone get same. 8. No recognition and rewards even if your performance is outstanding. 9.
