They have cut salary from 12.5-30% post COVID and complay has a policy of holding 20% of salary so that employees don’t leave and it will be paid post 1 year and will not be paid on time.

Dislikes

Salary cut and hold and too much review of work and monitoring software and paycut if timesheet is not updated even in busy sessions.

articles are just cheap labor for them, they make you work for 14-16 hours during audits were there is no work at all if things are planned must partners are not working partner just for registering articles must manager are not qualified, they make you sign bond, frankly non of the clients get what they pay for. attrition ratio is tooo high except articles.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
