They have cut salary from 12.5-30% post COVID and complay has a policy of holding 20% of salary so that employees don’t leave and it will be paid post 1 year and will not be paid on time.

Dislikes

Salary cut and hold and too much review of work and monitoring software and paycut if timesheet is not updated even in busy sessions.

Work life will be better but personal life space is taken by company by allocating too much other work for firms growth.
